Customer Showcase : Customised Hi Vis Vests for an AirCon company

Bold and visible on a vibrant fluoro background – just like they asked! The ordering commenced when Simple Air Conditioning Pty Ltd called us again to get another batch of some printed polo shirts and day vests. We quickly got the machines running and sent through a sample for initial approval. Once that was approved, we started printing the order via the sublimation method, which involves printing on a specific kind of sheet, that is then transferred to the fabric via heating.

Sublimation prints work the best for polyester apparel that needs to be used on a daily basis as the ink directly penetrates the fabric.

The final result came out looking fabulous- bold black on the fluoro background – and we fulfilled our promise of delivering before the quoted time!

We also customise vests and polos which are lightweight and provide high breathability and excellent comfort for electricians and plumbers
