Embroidery, Screen printing and digital printing are the methods we offer. Have a look at each of them:

Embroidery involves stitching a design onto the fabric using thread and needle. It's a great option for adding a professional and polished look to your garments. The setup cost for embroidery is $35, but it's worth noting that this cost can be waived if more than 50 garments are customized with the same design. The minimum order quantity for embroidery is 20 garments.

Screen Printing involves using a stencil (also known as a screen) to transfer the design onto the fabric. Each colour in the design requires a separate screen, which can add to the setup cost. There is a $50 setup cost per colour for screen printing, but repeat setups are free for the same orders made within the year. The minimum order quantity for screen printing is 25 garments. 

Sometimes, an extra layer of colour (called the base) is required. A base is used in screen printing when printing on dark-coloured fabrics. The base is a layer of white ink that is printed first before the other colours are added. Its purpose is to create a base layer of white ink that allows the other colours to show up brightly and accurately on the dark fabric.

Without a base, the colours printed on top of a dark fabric would be muted and darker than intended. The under base also helps prevent the ink from bleeding into the fabric, which can happen when printing on dark colours.

Digital Printing is a popular method of printing designs onto clothing and fabrics, and there are different types of digital printing methods available. Sublimation is a type of digital printing that works best for black-only prints on polyester fabrics. It involves printing the design onto a special transfer paper with sublimation ink and then using heat to transfer the design onto the fabric. For non-polyester fabrics and coloured fabrics, digital printing is a great option. This involves printing the design directly onto the fabric using special ink and heat to bond the design to the fabric. The minimum order quantity for digital printing is 12 garments.

STEP 1: Firstly, scroll down to the product page for the garment you wish to customise. You'll find the "Click to Add logo or Print to your Order" button on the right-hand side of the page. Click on it to get started.

STEP 2: Select the type of print you want to add to your garment. Please note that there may be minimum order quantities to consider. Choose the location of the print, its dimensions, and colour, and add the text or upload the logo you want to print. You can add prints for your company logo, team names, or any other custom designs you require.

STEP 3: After reviewing the summary of the first print, click "Add to Order" to confirm your selection.

STEP 4: Repeat steps 1 to 3 for each additional print you want to add to your customised garment. Once you've added all the prints you need, scroll down to the ordering grid and add the required number of garments to your cart. Your prints will automatically be added to the garment.

It's important to note that if you need some garments to be printed and some to be left blank, you can easily add them to your cart one after another. For example, if you want 30 blank orange high-vis shirts in your cart, you can add them first, then follow through with steps 1 to 4 for adding any printed high-vis garments.
