Customer Showcase : Customised Hoodies for a Healthcare company

A healthcare company dropped us an email with their artwork and print specifications for merch hoodies they were getting for their employees.. After digital mockups were sent and designs were confirmed, it was decided that the print would be done using the DTF (Direct to Film) printing technology, which involves printing the design on a transfer sheet, melting adhesive powder on it, and then transferring the print to the t-shirt.

DTFs are adaptable and may be used on a variety of textiles, including cotton, nylon, treated leather, polyester, 50/50 mixes, and others (light and dark fabrics). The approach is also speedier than other techniques because it does not require pretreatment of the garment.
